To little surprise, Blizzard Entertainment has confirmed that Hearthstone‘s second expansion, The Grand Tournament, will go live August 24. The 132-card expansion is being previewed in this week’s Tavern Brawl that went live earlier today. Two new game mechanics are being added into Hearthstone with the arrival of the expansion: Jousting and Inspire. With Joust cards, players will draw a minion from their deck and the player with the higher cost minion will win the joust, triggering the effect outlined on the card. The other mechanic, Inspire, will trigger the effect on the card when a player uses their hero power.
