The Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta will kick off on December 29, 2014 and run until January 18, 2015, 343 Industries announced today during the Xbox Gamescom 2014 press conference. The multiplayer beta will focus on 4v4 arena gameplay and will once again reignite Halo‘s traditional Red vs. Blue warfare. According to the company, Halo 5: Guardians will mark a return to the franchise’s “legacy of competitive multiplayer,” and those grabbing Halo: The Master Chief Collection will get to check it out first.
