While the trailer didn’t provide a specific release date, it did confirm that the next installment in the beloved series is set to launch sometime in 2025. The trailer also introduced the game’s female protagonist, Lucia, and confirmed that the game’s setting will be Vice City.
Originally scheduled for release on December 5, Rockstar Games decided to release the trailer earlier than planned due to the leak. As of the time of publishing, the trailer had already garnered over 15.5 million views, making it very likely it will become the most-watched gaming trailer ever.
