God of War Ragnarök is getting a free Valhalla DLC that adds a roguelike mode

The Last of Us Part II Remastered isn’t the only Sony first-party game adding a roguelike mode. At The Game Awards 2023, it was announced that God of War Ragnarök will receive a free DLC called Valhalla, launching on December 12, 2023. The mode will blend God of War Ragnarök’s excellent combat system with roguelike elements in Valhalla. It appears Kratos will be the only playable character in the new mode, but everyone’s favorite talking head will be along for the journey.
