With all the changes that have been happening to Game Pass recently, including a price hike to its Ultimate tier, Xbox has its work cut out convincing subscribers to hand over their money. The first lineup of titles heading to Game Pass in November 2025 has been announced, including Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 as a day one release on November 14. Before we get to that, however, there are 10 other titles to talk about.

Kicking things off tomorrow, November 5, is Dead Static Drive on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. It’s a day one release, and the game is simply summarized as “Grand Theft Cthulhu.” This indie survival-horror game centers on a nightmarish road trip across 1980s Americana, mixing weird fiction with eldritch themes. Also on November 5 is Sniper Elite: Resistance on Cloud, Console, and PC, being added to the Game Pass Premium library. Launched in January 2025, Sniper Elite: Resistance takes the series into a hidden war, far from the front lines, in occupied France. While the setting has changed, the gameplay remains with a focus on sniping mechanics, stealth, and tactical third-person combat. Best of all, you can experience the full campaign in co-op with a friend.

Another day one release launches on November 6: Egging On for Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S. It’ll be available to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, who will take on the challenge of being a fragile egg. Players will have to escape the henhouse by jumping, rolling, and climbing their way through a farm shop, factory, and other dangerous environments in hopes of reaching freedom. Egging On isn’t the only day one release on November 6, as it’ll be joined by Whiskerwood on PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. This game is all about establishing a home for industrious mice that are under the oppressive paw of your cat overlords. It’s a city builder with complex simulations and production chains, all while dealing with a cat-and-mouse tale as old as time.

Next up is Voidtrain on November 7 on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Premium subscribers. It’s an interesting take on the crafting-survival genre that has players join the crew of an interdimensional express and set off into the mysterious Void. Voidtrain is all about expanding your train, crafting gear, fighting off weird creatures, and piecing together the hidden history of the world. It’s a fun game with friends, but it can also be enjoyed solo.

We’ll get a short break before three titles join the lineup on November 11, starting with Great God Grove on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Premium subscribers. Great God Grove features a wild mix of puzzles, puppets, and weird gods, and players will join the Bizzyboys to help save the world by launching speech bubbles It’s as weird as it sounds, and it might be one to check out if you’re looking for something unique. Also available that day is Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Premium subscribers. As the sequel to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, this adventure is the first-ever four-player co-op experience for Lara Croft. Together, players must work to explore the temple, clear hordes of enemies, solve puzzles, and avoid deadly traps.

The final game for November 11 is another day one release called Pigeon Simulator. It’ll be available on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, and the name says it all. It’s a co-op extraction game where players join with up to three other pigeons as members of the Paranormal Examination and Kontainment unit. Together, you’ll have to locate, identify, neutralize, and extract anomalies that are terrorizing New Squawk City.

Winter Burrow | Image: Pine Creek Games

On the following day, November 12, there are two new additions to the Game Pass library. The first is Relic Hunters Legend on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Premium subscribers. This is a fast-paced looter shooter RPG focused on teamwork, builds, and epic loot. Playable solo or with friends, Relic Hunters Legend features various types of missions as players work to uncover lost memories of the galaxy while taking down Duke Ducan’s empire.

The other game is one I’ve been keeping an eye on as we wind down the year. Winter Burrow is a day one release on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. It’s a cozy woodland survival game, starring a mouse returning to their childhood home. As you’d expect from the genre, gameplay includes gathering resources, crafting, knitting warm sweaters, baking, befriending the forest locals, rebuilding your burrow, and trying to survive the winter.

Finally, the one game Xbox hopes will drive subscriptions, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, launches day one on November 14. It’ll be available on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, with developers Treyarch and Raven Software calling it the biggest Black Ops ever. Yes, we got Black Ops 6 last year, but clearly Call of Duty fans won’t care, since the franchise continues to be one of the bestsellers each year. There’s a co-op campaign, but most everyone will be jumping in to experience multiplayer with 16 6v6 maps and a pair of 20v20 maps at launch.

The following games are leaving Game Pass on November 15, so if you’re in the middle of them, it’s time to wrap it up or save 20 percent off your purchase:

  • Football Manager 2024 (PC)
  • Football Manager 2024 Console Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC)
