Just like that, we’re now halfway through the year and into July. There are plenty of games to look forward to playing this month, and one of them, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, will be available on Game Pass as a day one title on July 11. Before we get to that, though, Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard subscribers get access to two games today: Little Nightmares II and Rise of the Tomb Raider, both on Cloud and Console. Little Nightmares II is likely joining the lineup to build anticipation for Little Nightmares III, which launches on October 10, 2025. Rise of the Tomb Raider returns to Game Pass and is the second entry in the Tomb Raider Survivor trilogy.

A pair of Mana games from Square Enix—Legend of Mana and Trials of Mana—will be added to the Game Pass Standard library for Console starting tomorrow, July 2. Legend of Mana is a 1999 classic that has been remastered with a rearranged soundtrack and graphical improvements, taking players into the world of Fa’Diel. Trials of Mana is a 3D remake of another classic RPG, with graphical improvements, character voiceovers, a remastered soundtrack, a new episode, and gameplay changes to the character leveling system.

Celebrate the Fourth of July weekend with Ultimate Chicken Horse on Cloud, Console, and PC. The party platformer will be available to Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard subscribers on July 3, allowing friends to find ways to mess with one another as they build levels and lay traps as they play. Next week, on July 8, The Ascent makes a return to Game Pass on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard members. The game is an action-shooter RPG set in a cyberpunk world and can be played solo or in co-op. We played through it when it originally launched and found it to be an enjoyable, albeit buggy, experience.

For a much more casual experience, Minami Lane will be available on July 9 for Cloud, Console, and PC to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. The cozy management sim game has players managing a Japanese-inspired street where they’ll have to make sure villagers are happily living out their lives. For many, the biggest title for the first half of July is Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 on July 11. Available on Cloud, Console, and PC to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 brings two beloved skateboarding games to a modern audience with 4K graphics, more skaters, new parks, crazier tricks, updated music, and more. Those who choose to get the Deluxe Edition upgrade can access the game up to three days earlier, starting on July 8.

Lastly, High On Life returns to Game Pass on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard subscribers on July 15. This comedic first-person shooter game has players partnering up with charismatic talking guns to take down Garmantuous and his gang, an alien cartel who wants to use humans as drugs. Yes, it’s as silly as it sounds, but equally as entertaining.

Xbox also announced that Retro Classics has seen more than one million players and has a new batch of additions to the library: Cosmic Commuter, Heart of Shina, Skiing, Solar Storm, and Subterranea.

The following titles will leave the Game Pass library on July 15:

  • Flock (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Mafia Definitive Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Magical Delicacy (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Tchia (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • The Callisto Protocol (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • The Case of the Golden Idol (Cloud, Console, and PC)
