Since today is the first day of Final Fantasy XIV’s Fan Festival 2023 in Las Vegas, there have been a lot of announcements for the successful MMORPG. First, we learned the next expansion will be called Dawntrail, the game’s free trial is expanding to include Stormblood, and Final Fantasy XIV is finally heading to Xbox consoles. But perhaps the biggest announcement was the collaboration event with Fall Guys.

Final Fantasy XIV will receive a number of Fall Guys-inspired obstacle courses

Final Fantasy XIV players will be getting a number of Fall Guys-inspired obstacle courses in Eorzea. It will be a new battle royale mode in the Gold Saucer where players can put their skills to the test, competing against friends and rivals. Square Enix shared a few screenshots and it looks just as crazy as you would imagine.

As for Fall Guys, from August 22 to October 3, the Warriors of Light Fame Pass will be available. During the event period, players can earn Final Fantasy XIV-themed costumes, emotes, and rewards. Just look at that Namazu costume!
