Anxiously awaiting the release of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn? We are too. With open beta expected to launch in a couple of weeks – hopefully sooner – fans of the closed beta are preparing themselves for the rebirth of Square Enix’s redesigned MMORPG. The original Final Fantasy XIV got off to a rough start, but A Realm Reborn looks to change that entirely. Having experienced the closed betas for several weeks, Full Cleared is looking forward to the official release of the game.

So to pass the time until the game is officially out, you might want to get the layout of your UI down, so come launch, you won’t have to spend hours fiddling around with it to get it the way you like. A Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn UI simulator has been launched online that is arguably more intuitive than the in-game editor. Nonetheless, you can manipulate every object that the game will allow you to come launch, letting you find the best UI setup you’ll need – that way you can get straight to levelling, questing, and all the time sinking MMORPGs have to offer. Of course you won’t be able to save what you simulate, but at the very least, you can capture a screenshot to refer to come launch.
