Fallout 4 PC System Requirements Announced

Bethesda has announced the PC system requirements and recommendations for the upcoming Fallout 4 that releases on November 10, 2015. Those looking to enjoy Fallout 4 on the PC will need the following minimum specs:

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent

Those looking to maximize their experience in Fallout 4, Bethesda has the following recommended specs:

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent

Fallout 4 on the PC will also have plug & play compatibility with both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers and the game will support Steam Achievements. The game will unlock at 12:01 AM EST on November 10, 2015 in North America and at 12:01 AM local time in all other territories except Asia and Japan. Fallout 4 will go live in Asia at 12:00 AM on Wednesday, November 11 while it will be available in Japan at 12:00 AM on Thursday, December 17.
