FromSoftware is further expanding the Elden Ring franchise. After the game’s successful Shadow of the Erdtree DLC from this year, the developer has announced a standalone spinoff game called Elden Ring: Nightreign. It is a co-op game set in the Elden Ring universe and will likely be a title that Monster Hunter fans will want to keep an eye on. Unfortunately, not much is known about it just yet, and we will update this article if a press release is sent. However, it is expected to arrive sometime in 2025 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree, despite being a DLC, is a nominee for Game of the Year 2024, and it will be interesting to see if it wins later this evening.
