Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved will be heading to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 as a musical motion game that takes advantage of the systems’ Kinect. To show off the gameplay of Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved, the company has shared a new video showcasing The Hollow, a mysterious forest environment that comes to life as players perform songs and interact with the world to add light, color and characters to the scene.

By using the Kinect camera, Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved has players using motion gestures to follow along with the music, while visual prompts will give players the freedom to deliver their own version of the song that is being played. The game will also have two-player multiplayer where both players will pull, swipe and grab to match on-screen events. The game is a joint project between Disney and Harmonix and has been in development for four years.

Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved will be available on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One in 2014.
