Destiny: The Taken King has been officially revealed during Sony’s E3 2015 press conference, following numerous teases by Bungie. The next expansion DLC for Destiny will arrive on September 15, 2015 and the trailer showed off some of the new supers that each class will have, including the Hunter getting an appropriate bow and arrow. The Taken King will offer new subclasses for each Guardian type and the story will focus on Oryx, the father of Crota, which players took down in The Dark Below. As with previous Destiny add-on releases, there will be exclusive content on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of Destiny, including a strike and unique gear.

In The Taken King, players will make their way aboard the Dreadnaught to face Oryx himself within his inner sanctum. The third expansion to the game will release one year and six days since the game’s original release on September 9, 2014. Previous add-ons to Destiny include The Dark Below and House of Wolves.

Previous rumors say that The Fallen King DLC will cost $40, although that hasn’t been confirmed.
