These days, it feels like every game is being remastered. Some titles, like Days Gone, really have us scratching our heads about whether the game actually needed a remaster, but Dave the Diver is definitely a game that needs one. For those who spent any time with the indie hit in 2023, you know just how painful it is on the eyes. I mean, how crazy do you have to be to intentionally release a pixel game in 2023?
Thankfully, developer Mintrocket has heard all the complaints and has announced Dave the Diver: Remastered, bringing the adventure to modern 3D. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a bit longer before we can get our hands on it. Dave the Diver: Remastered isn’t slated to launch until 2049.
