To celebrate half-a-million downloads, Square Enix is offering Bloodmasque for free on iOS. This isn’t the first time Square Enix has offered Bloodmasque for free; mobile gamers were able to get it free in early November as a promotion to celebrate Halloween. This time around, Bloodmasque will be free until December 16 in honor of reaching 500,000 downloads.

Bloodmasque was originally released in July on iOS for $6.99. The action RPG is set in an alternative 19th century Paris where players fight it out against a vampire-controlled society. One of the unique features of Bloodmasque is that the game takes advantage of the front-facing camera on your iOS device to scan players’ faces into the game so that they appear on the main character.
