Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will be heading to North America and Europe this May, Atlus and Nintendo announced today during a Nintendo Direct. The Nintendo 2DS and 3DS game will be based off the latest version of the game in Japan, which means it’ll have both local and online four-player co-op as well as support for the New 3DS XL system’s C-Stick and the old Circle Pad Pro. Based on the popular anime and manga, Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will feature a Story Mode where players will take on the role of a member of the elite Scout Regiment, defending the outer walls from the Titans. Fans of the anime and manga will see numerous familiar characters including Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackermann and others. The online co-op mode will let players dive into defending the outer walls with up to three friends.
A definitive release date has not been announced for Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains but it will be exclusive to the Nintendo eShop.
