Today is the official release date for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Square Enix’s second attempt at the 14th Final Fantasy title. For those that want to know more about the MMORPG, Square Enix has released the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn launch trailer.

The trailer showcases the storyline of the game and its key characters, which you’ll meet in the wonderful world of Eorzea. You may be surprised to hear that the game’s official launch is today, considering news of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn‘s server issues have been plastered all over the Internet in recent days. And while it still does has its faults, we highly recommend the game if you’re a fan of Final Fantasy or MMORPGs.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is currently available on the PC and Sony PlayStation 3.
