Best Buy is holding a new video game sale event from August 11 through August 20, with a new game being discounted to $10 each day. Throughout the sale, Best Buy promises to deliver “great titles in a variety of genres for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC.” Each game deal will only be available for that day and quantities are limited, so if you see a title you want, you better grab it quickly.

We’ll be updating this post each day with the new deal of the day.

August 20, Day 10 Deal: Rabbids: Party of Legends Standard Edition

The final deal for Best Buy’s event is Rabbids: Party of Legends Standard Edition, available for every platform at $10. Overall, the event had a few decent deals, but many of these games were fairly old and nothing to get overly excited about. Hopefully some gamers were able to pick up some new games for $10.

August 19, Day 9 Deal: Death Stranding Director’s Cut

We are nearing the end of Best Buy’s 10 days, 10 games, 10 dollars event and the second-to-final deal is Death Stranding Director’s Cut on PlayStation 5. Hideo Kojima’s latest game is a very interesting experience and a journey worth taking for $10. With a sequel confirmed to be in the works, this deal is a great way to get caught up.

August 18, Day 8 Deal: Watch Dogs: Legion

Best Buy’s 10 days of 10 games at $10 is nearing an end. The eighth deal is Watch Dogs: Legion on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Hopefully the final two days have some more exciting games, as the last two days have been a bit disappointing.

August 17, Day 7 Deal: Balan Wonderworld

Today’s deal might be the biggest disappointment yet and it’s Balan Wonderworld. The underwhelming game released in 2021 and currently sits at 48 on OpenCritic and 51 on Metacritic on PlayStation 5 and an even lower 38 on PC and 36 on Switch. Not quite sure we would recommend this one, even for $10, unless you’re really curious.

August 16, Day 6 Deal: Nioh 2 Standard Edition

We’re past the halfway mark of Best Buy’s 10 days, 10 games, 10 dollars sale and for day six, it’s Nioh 2 Standard Edition for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Released in 2020, Nioh 2 comes from Team Ninja and was previously a PlayStation Plus Monthly Game, so this might not be such a great deal for many PlayStation gamers.

August 15, Day 5 Deal: Outriders Day 1 Edition

The fifth deal of the day for $10 is Outriders Day 1 Edition for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It’s a decent looter shooter and is a good time with a couple friends in co-op. Definitely worth it at $10 if you like shooting and looting.

August 14, Day 4 Deal: Far Cry 6 Standard Edition

The fourth $10 video game is Far Cry 6 from Ubisoft. Released in October 2021, Far Cry 6’s PlayStation 4 version offers a free digital upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version of the game. It appears only the PlayStation 4 version is part of the deal, sorry, Xbox owners.

August 13, Day 3 Deal: Gotham Knights

The third $10 video game as part of Best Buy’s 10 days of 10 games at 10 dollars sale is Gotham Knights on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game launched last year to mediocre reviews, but it’s probably worth a playthrough at $10.

August 12, Day 2 Deal: The Sims 4 Game Packs

The second $10 video game is a wide selection of game packs for The Sims 4. Here is the full list of available packs:

August 11, Day 1 Deal: Sackboy: A Big Adventure

The first $10 video game deal is Sackboy: A Big Adventure for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. In this new adventure for Sackboy from LittleBigPlanet, players can go on an epic 3D platforming adventure either solo or with friends.
