Popular roguelite FPS Gunfire Reborn is heading to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles on June 1, 2023. Developed by Duoyi Games and published by 505 Games, it has been on PC via Steam since May 2020 as an Early Access title before its full release in November 2021. If you’re not familiar with Gunfire Reborn, its fast-paced gameplay is similar to Borderlands 2, but it blends in a roguelite structure with RPG progression.

Players get to choose from one of six anthropomorphic heroes and can play solo or in two- to four-player co-op. The game features over 100 different weapons and items, from dual-wielded weapons to smoke bombs. Each run gets progressively easier as you learn more about the game’s mechanics and apply ability points to your hero’s skill tree.

The game will be available on the PlayStation Store for $19.99 when it releases on June 1. On Steam, Gunfire Reborn currently has a Very Positive user rating with over 73,000 reviews at time of publishing. We have personally sunk dozens of hours into the game since its initial launch and find it to be a very fun experience, especially with friends.
