From Limbic Entertainment comes Park Beyond, a theme park simulation game heading to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on June 16, 2023. June is already pretty crowded for game releases, with Diablo IV, Street Fighter VI, and Final Fantasy XVI all scheduled for that month. But the majority of gamers interested in Park Beyond likely won’t be picking up any of the other major releases in June.
In announcing the release date, Bandai Namco and Limbic Entertainment also shared the different editions of the game that will be available. The Standard Edition will just be the base game and available in both physical and digital formats. There will be a Deluxe Edition called the Visioneer Edition and will be digital only. That version includes the base game, ZOMBEYOND Impossification Set, Park Beyond: Annual Pass (season pass that includes three upcoming DLCs), and an Annual Pass Bonus Coaster Car Set with five exclusive car skins. Finally, there’s the Collector’s Bundle that will be physical only. That includes a Collector’s Box, Steelbook, Omnicar Desk figurine, Artbook, Poster, Lanyard and Staff Badge, Postcards, Stickers, and BEYOND SEAS set (DLC codes).
If you’ve never heard of Limbic Entertainment, they have experience with the simulation genre and are the developers behind Tropico 6, Memories of Mars, Heroes VII, and Might & Magic X Legacy.
If you’re interested in checking out Park Beyond before it actually releases, you can apply to participate in a closed beta test that is set to run from May 9 to May 19. You have until May 5 to register for a chance and you must be in the U.S., Canada, or Latin America region.
