One of last year’s hit titles, Helldivers 2, has announced its next Warbond: Servants of Freedom. Going live on February 6, the Premium Warbond adds the following unlocks:

  • Armor Set: IE-3 Martyr
  • Armor Set: IE-12 Righteous
  • Primary Weapon: LAS-17 Double-Edge Sickle
  • Secondary Weapon: GP-31 Ultimatum
  • Strategem: B-100 Portable Hellbomb
  • Throwable: G-50 Seeker
  • Player Banner: Fre Liberam
  • Player Banner: Per Democrasum
  • Cape: Fre Liberam
  • Cape: Per Democrasum
  • Emotes and Victory Pose: Raise Weapon
  • Player Title: Servant of Freedom

Players will likely look forward to the new Strategem, the B-100 Portable Hellbomb. It’s being described as a beacon of democratic truth in a convenient backpack format, and it can be activated by the player or a teammate. It has a 10-second countdown that cannot be cancelled, so make sure everyone is out of the way before it goes off.

For weapons, the Double-Edge Sickle lives up to its name, since it burns the user as well as everything in its path. For secondary, there’s the Ultimatum, a front-loading grenade pistol designed for closer-range use that really packs a punch. However, as you can imagine, you will want to be cautious when using it; otherwise, you will be liberating yourself to the enemy. The G-50 Seeker throwable is a small drone that follows the player and explodes when it detects nearby enemies. Players can also have it target pinged enemies.

Both new armors come with the Integrated Explosives passive, giving Helldivers protection from becoming Voteless. After dying, the Helldiver’s corpse will explode, taking out any enemies nearby. The armors feature helmets with stoic faces and pair perfectly with the new capes.
