The sequel to 2018’s God of War is launching on PC tomorrow, September 19, and Santa Monica Studio has shared some new accessibility and gameplay features coming to the port. The PC version was developed in partnership with Jetpack Interactive and addresses one of the major complaints about the PlayStation version: puzzle hints. The PC version has a new option in the Gameplay Settings tab that players can enable to reduce the frequency they hear puzzle hints from their companions. Additionally, there is a Cinematic Audio Description toggle under the Audio Accessibility menu, which plays audio descriptions of visual events during cinematics when enabled.
Santa Monica Studio also shared custom alerts for streamers to use, along with a new fan kit that includes wallpapers and banners.
