The upcoming soulslike Enotria: The Last Song has announced that its Xbox version has been delayed indefinitely. In a statement posted on the game’s website, developer Jyamma Games confirmed the delay saying that it has “encountered challenges that have delayed” the release on the Xbox platform. That means Enotria: The Last Song will launch on PlayStation 5 and PC on September 19 with a physical version on PlayStation 5 coming a few months later.

Inspired by Italian folklore, Enotria: The Last Song is set in a sun-lit land that’s filled with danger. The world has been gripped by the Canovaccio, which is a twisted eternal play that keeps everything in an unnatural stasis. The player takes on the role of the Maskless One, the only person without a given role.

The game promises over 40 hours of content with more than 100 different enemies. With over 30 masks to choose from, players will be able to take on different roles. Further customization is available through 68 skills, resulting in over 150 million different build combinations. The main stats for the player character can also be modified through over 30 aspects. For combat, players can choose from eight different weapon classes, 45 spells, and eight parry modifiers. In total, Enotria: The Last Song has over 120 weapons to unlock.
