One of the first major announcements from Evo 2023, which is taking place August 4 through August 6, is Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes from developers French-Bread and Arc System Works. This is a full sequel to 2012’s Under Night In-Birth and Arc System Works also announced that the game will feature rollback netcode.
The teaser trailer that was shared also gives us our first look at the roster (in order of appearance in the trailer): Hyde, Linne, Waldstein, Orie, Seth, Vatista, Gordeau, Carmine, Yuzuriha, Hilda, Merkava, Phonon, Chaos, Mika, Byakuya, Nanase, Wagner, Londrekia, Enkidu, Eltnum, and Akatsuki. The teaser trailer also reveals the game will support the following languages: Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. It will launch on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch, and PC. Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes is set to launch sometime in 2024.
