The Expanse: A Telltale Series is launching next week on July 27 and today, elltale Games revealed the bonus episode, which is available with the Deluxe Edition. Titled “Archangel,” the bonus episode features another fan-favorite character from the series, Chrisjen Avasarala, portrayed by the wonderfully talented Shohreh Aghdashloo.

“Chrisjen Avasarala has the weight of worlds on her shoulders as she navigates threats to Earth and political opponents seeking to take her down, all while managing family drama on a day that will change her life forever,” reads the description on the YouTube trailer. Telltale Games did not announce an official release date for the bonus episode but mentioned it will launch sometime this fall.

Telltale Games has had a tumultuous few years but looks eager for a fresh new start with The Expanse. Unlike previous games, this new Telltale will launch the remaining episodes every two weeks after the first episode releases on July 27. Those who want to experience the Archangel bonus episode will have to pay $5.00 more for the deluxe edition ($44.99).
