We finally have our first footage of lofty science-fiction game, No Man’s Sky. No Man’s Sky is currently under development by Hello Games, the same minds behind the PlayStation 3 hit Joe Danger. At the Sony E3 2014 press conference, Hello Games announced that No Man’s Sky will be a game about exploration and survival, but what will really make it unique is that it will have an infinite procedurally-generated universe, which means no two playthroughs will be identical. In fact, your playthrough will be different than your friends.

The game will have no limits, meaning if you see a mountain, you can trek there. If you see a planet hanging on the horizon, you’ll be able to travel to it. That planet will be a real place with its own rich ecology of creatures and vegetation. Players will be able to get in their ships, fly into space and everything is there for them to explore.
