With Lightning getting Yuna’s outfit from Final Fantasy X, it was only a matter of time before Square Enix revealed an Aerith costume for Final Fantasy XIII’s heroine. A video has been released showcasing Lightning garbed in Aerith’s clothing from the popular Final Fantasy VII, but it’s unclear whether or not it’ll be making its way to the North American and European versions of the game. Japanese gamers will be able to obtain the costume through the VJump magazine strategy guide. But given how popular Aerith (or Aeris) is in America, we would be shocked if the U.S. version of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII didn’t have it. Chances are though, it will be a DLC.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be released on February 11, 2014 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 with a retail price of $59.99.
