When Xbox introduced its first Vapor Special Edition controller, we called it the best looking Xbox controller yet. Since then, the company has expanded the lineup with an entire Vapor Series, featuring Stormcloud Vapor, Dream Vapor, and Nocturnal Vapor. The latest addition to the series is the Fire Vapor Special Edition, available starting today at $69.99 USD. True to its name, the controller draws inspiration from flames, featuring a red and orange swirl that resembles a blazing fire. It’s further accented with rubberized, red diamond-pattern grips on the back case. Like other Vapor Special Edition controllers, each unit features a unique pattern. Additionally, connecting the Fire Vapor Special Edition Xbox Wireless Controller to an Xbox Series X|S console unlocks a dynamic background featuring vibrant red and orange swirls.
