Nintendo has announced that Weapon de Omasse Shop will be released on February 20 on the Nintendo 2DS and 3DS handheld consoles. Weapon de Omasse Shop has you taking on the role of an RPG weaponsmith, crafting weapons for warriors that are heading out to battle. How well those warriors do is completely dependent on how well you craft their weapons. It’s an interesting take on the RPG genre, having you play the NPC for once.
The game is essentially a rhythm game, having you tap with the music in order to craft weapons. In order to get paid in the game to keep your shop running, heroes must succeed in their journeys with the weapons you craft.
