The Watch Dogs release date has been set for May 27, 2014 (PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One), after being delayed by developer Ubisoft. The company also released a new story trailer today, revealing much more about the game than we’ve seen in the past, including villains and friends that will be joining Aiden Pierce in the city of Chicago.
Watch Dogs is one of the most anticipated games of 2014, having been revealed at last year’s E3 and receiving over 90 awards and nominations. The open world action-adventure game will have players hacking into various electronic devices to turn the city of Chicago into a weapon.
The Watch Dogs release date for the Wii U version has not yet been announced.
