Warlords of Draenor has entered its alpha testing phase with a huge list of changes to World of Warcraft. The next expansion to the storied MMORPG will raise the level cap to 100 while introducing Garrisons to the game, which is Blizzard’s spin on personal housing. While the patch notes is extremely lengthy, and you can read them by hitting the source link below, the most noticeable change heading to World of Warcraft‘s way is the “Stat Squish,” which will scale back all the huge numbers players are currently seeing. Blizzard is also removing the “Hit” and “Expertise” stats from the game while tweaking how the primary stats of Agility, Strength and Intellect work.

Healers will also see a whole world change heading their way to Warlords of Draenor as Blizzard aims to tone down the raw throughput of healers and make the class not only more challenging to play, but require decision to be a crucial part of being a good healer. Racial Traits are also getting a massive overhaul along with abilities, with the removal of many abilities that are often not used in the game.

You can take a look at the lengthy patch notes for the Warlords of Draenor alpha below, and remember the expansion is still in alpha, so no need to go crazy about the changes yet.
