To start 2025, I took a trip to Tokyo, Japan, and prior to leaving, I picked up 1000xRESIST on the Nintendo Switch to keep me occupied during the flight. It was a game that surprised me in more ways than one, and in my review, I simply called it brilliant. Ultimately, though, it’s a game that’s focused on telling a story and may not appeal to everyone. Still, I have pleaded for more people to play 1000xRESIST, and now Xbox and PlayStation gamers will soon be able to.

Developer sunset visitor 斜陽過客 and publisher Fellow Traveller have confirmed that 1000xRESIST is heading to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass on November 4. The game’s premise is a bit of a mystery, and it’s best to go in knowing as little as possible. To get you interested, though, you play as Watcher in 1000xRESIST, which is set in an unknown year. A disease has been spread by an alien invasion, keeping people underground and serving the ALLMOTHER. Things get interesting when you discover a shocking secret one day, which changes everything.

Along with releasing on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass, 1000xRESIST is getting additional localizations, with the game’s text translated into Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, and French just in time for its November 4 release.
