Now that E3 2023 has officially been canceled, you can expect numerous individual events announcing their schedules. PC Gamer has confirmed its PC Gaming Show will return on June 11, 2023 and will be broadcast on Twitch and other video platforms. The time of the event hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it will follow the Xbox Games Showcase and Xbox’s planned Starfield Direct presentation. Once again, the PC Gaming Show will be hosted by Sean “Day[9]” Plott and more details will be announced in the coming months.
The PC Gaming Show was initially launched in 2015 as a way to shine the spotlight on PC gaming, which at the time was underrepresented at E3. Needless to say, PC gaming has grown significantly since 2015 and many of the industry’s biggest games are only available on the PC. Previous PC Gaming Shows hosted major announcements and reveals, including No Man’s Sky for PC, Planet Coaster, Hitman 2, Chivalry 2, Persona 4 Golden, and Jurassic World Evolution 2. The show brings a healthy mix of AAA and indie game developers and publishers.
There should be a few more events being announced for June to fill the void left behind by E3. We’ll still be getting our full fill of gaming news, announcements, trailers, and more.
