The third and final The Last of Us DLC has been announced: Grounded Bundle. Heading to the smash hit PlayStation 3 title will be more single-player and multiplayer content and according to Naughty Dog, Grounded Mode will be “the hardest challenge you’ll ever face as you try to complete the single-player campaign of The Last of Us.” The AI has been tweaked to be relentless, smart and brutal with surviving being near impossible. Grounded Mode will be available as a standalone option for $4.99 for those that don’t hold a season pass.

As part of the Grounded Bundle however is the Reclaimed Territories Map Pack, which features four new maps: Wharf, Capitol, Coal Mine and Water Tower. The map pack is available for $9.99 for non-season pass holders. In addition, the Survivalist Weapon Bundle ($5.99) comes with four new weapons: Specter, Double Barrel, Enforcer and Launcher.

Looking to vary the gameplay even more, the Grounded Bundle DLC will also add new skills to the game, which can also be purchased separately at $3.99 for each bundle. Two Survival Skills Bundles will be added: Situational Survival Skills Bundle and Professional Survival Skills Bundle.

Lastly, everyone that owns The Last of Us, including non-season pass holders, will get a new gun called the Full-Auto Rifle. Naughty Dog will be showing off some of the new Grounded Bundle DLC content on its Twitch channel come April 24 at 12:00 PM PT.

The season pass is available for $19.99 for four more weeks. After the week of May 13, the PlayStation store region update will remove the season pass from The Last of Us.

Of course there’s also the PlayStation 4’s The Last of Us Remastered which is due this summer and will include all of the previously released DLCs for the PlayStation 3 version.
