This weekend, HBO’s The Last of Us returns with its second season, and to capitalize on that, Naughty Dog has announced The Last of Us Complete, which bundles The Last of Us Part I and The Last of Us Part II Remastered in one package. It’s available starting today on the PlayStation 5 as a digital download. Those who want a physical version will have to wait until July 10 when The Last of Us Complete: Collector’s Edition is released. The physical release features a collector’s box with new artwork, a Steelbook Case, The Last of Us: American Dreams Comics #1 to #4 with new cover art, a set of four lithographs, and a Thank You letter from Neil Druckmann. Preorders for the physical Collector’s Edition are now open at direct.playstation.com, priced at $109.99.

While it remains to be seen whether or not The Last of Us Part III will ever be a thing, the success of the HBO series has certainly resulted in new players to the franchise. Ahead of Season 2’s debut on Sunday, HBO officially renewed The Last of Us for Season 3, allowing them to at least wrap up the story of The Last of Us Part II. Yes, the events of the second game will be split across two seasons in the show. We’ll have to just wait and see if Naughty Dog plans on expanding the universe. Currently, the only confirmed game in development from the studio is Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, which debuted at The Game Awards 2024.
