Telltale Games is rumored to be working on a Game of Thrones game, according to a recent report by IGN. As expected however, Telltale Games wouldn’t confirm on the rumor, but the Game of Thrones certainly would be acceptable as a “dream IP” that Telltale Games recently teased about.
Telltale Games has had immense success with its take on The Walking Dead and its most recent game, The Wolf Among Us. Other IPs that Telltale Games has worked on in the past include Jurassic Park and Back to the Future. Game of Thrones would also fall perfectly into Telltale Games’ way of presenting games, with an episodic nature focusing on character development and plot.
