Star Wars Outlaws has been available for two weeks and the game has just received a major patch across all platforms. Title update 1.1.2 focuses on addressing some of the issues players have encountered, while improving PC performance and overall stability. One major feature added is cross progression and saves through Ubisoft Connect for those playing on multiple platforms. Other improvements and fixes focused on making the adventure smoother, including resolving issues that prevented progress—PlayStation 5 players couldn’t even earn the platinum trophy.
I just finished my playthrough of Star Wars Outlaws on PlayStation 5 and encountered two game-breaking bugs along with multiple small ones. The biggest bug I encountered was never getting a prompt to open a door, leading me to waste time backtracking, under the assumption I missed something. I also died once during a cutscene where I couldn’t control Kay. Needless to say, the game had its bit of annoying issues and I’m glad Ubisoft is working quickly to patch those out.
