The survivors-like genre continues to expand with the upcoming launch of Spellbound Survivors on December 29, 2023. Developed by ToastedSquadStudios, Spellbound Survivors takes clear inspiration from popular titles like Vampire Survivors, as well as other notable games such as Halls of Torment (first impressions). The launch date announcement trailer, which you can watch below, gives us a detailed look at some of the different character classes in the game, as well as some of the skills and super attacks players will be able to use.

Based on the game’s description, one of the more interesting features in Spellbound Survivors is the “Legend Bar.” It’s described as “a decisive factor in overcoming the overlord wizard.” If you need yet another survivors-like game added to your library, you may want to check out Spellbound Survivors later this week.
