If you’re an automotive enthusiast, then you already know what the Pink Pig is. But for those who don’t, the Pink Pig is a nickname given to a Porsche 917/20 race car because of its pink body, tail, and snout. Designer Anatole Lapine even labeled each of the race car’s body parts according to the butcher-style cuts. During Xbox Games Showcase 2023, Microsoft announced a collaboration with Porsche to celebrate the German automaker’s 75th anniversary.

A limited collection of custom Xbox Series X consoles and matching Xbox Wireless Controllers were designed, based on six historic Porsche motorsport liveries. They won’t be sold to the general public, but over the next four months, you can enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win a console and controller from this collaboration.

The six limited-edition console designs will debut at major auto and gaming events worldwide this summer. Here are the liveries that influenced each console:

  • 75th Anniversary / Porsche 963
  • Salzburg (1970)
  • “Hippie” (1970)
  • “Pink Pig” (1971)
  • Porsche Racing Edition (1978)
  • 911 GT1 (1998)

Fans in the U.S., U.K., and Germany can enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win from June 8 to October 1.

“Xbox and its fanbase are no stranger to Porsche and the incredible capabilities of its high-performance vehicles in our beloved racing and driving games like Forza Horizon 5,” said Marcos Waltenberg, Director of Global Partnerships at Xbox. “That’s why we’re excited to team up with the renowned sports car brand to create special edition Xbox hardware that celebrates their milestone anniversary given our shared vision and goal of reaching global audiences who love cars, gaming and self-expression.”
