The Diablo III auction house might have shutdown in March, but tomorrow will be the day that it is completely removed from the game entirely. So that means you’ll want to make sure you clear out all your completed auctions and send what items you may have left to your stash.
Originally created to give players a safer place to sell and buy their items, the Diablo III auction house turned into a controversial feature that ultimately got removed from the game for the greater good. Since the auction house’s removal, the Diablo III expansion, Reaper of Souls has launched and Blizzard is currently preparing its first major content update, patch 2.1.0.
Diablo III Patch 2.1.0 will add seasonal ladders, greater rifts and more to the game including new Legendary Gems and more balance changes throughout the classes.
