Despite its October 25 launch, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 became the top downloaded PlayStation 5 game from the PlayStation Store in the US, Canada, and EU regions. Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero also performed well on PlayStation 5, ranking second in the US, Canada, and EU regions. On PlayStation 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 also topped the charts in the US and Canada, while EA Sports FC 25 led in the EU, with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 taking second place. In the US and Canada, Minecraft followed Activision’s latest.
On PlayStation VR2, Arizona Sunshine Remake was the top download in the US, Canada, and EU. Beat Saber continues to perform well in the US and Canada, while The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR ranked second in the EU. On the original PlayStation VR, ASTRO BOT Rescue Mission topped the charts in the US and Canada, possibly due to Astro Bot’s release on PlayStation 5. In EU, Batman: Arkham VR was the top downloaded title.
The top six free-to-play downloads were identical on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in the US, Canada, and EU: Throne and Liberty, Fortnite, Roblox, Call of Duty: Warzone, Rocket League, and Asphalt Legends Unite.
