The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for May 2024 have been announced, with all of the titles available starting May 7. At the top of the list is EA Sports FC 24 Standard Edition on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The game aims to deliver the most true-to-football (soccer for Americans) experience yet, using three technologies: HyperMotionV, PlayStyles optimized by Opta, and the enhanced Frostbite Engine. The game features over 19,000 fully licensed players, 700 teams, and 30 leagues including both men’s and women’s UEFA Champions League.

Those looking for a fast-paced action game will want to give Ghostrunner 2 (PlayStation 5) a download. Set in a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk future, this first-person action game features numerous combat improvements over its predecessor, non-linear levels, and exciting new modes.

If you’ve somehow missed out on Tunic since its release, it’ll be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. This isometric action game offers a wonderful experience, starring a small fox who sets out on a big adventure. The final title for May 2024 is Destiny 2: Lightfall on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. This expansion takes Destiny 2 Guardians to Neptune, where they encounter a neon metropolis unlike anything else in the game.

As a reminder, PlayStation members have until May 6 to add April’s games, which include Immortals of Aveum, Minecraft Legends, and Skul: The Hero Slayer, to their library.
