OUYA Announces All-Access Pass for $59.99

OUYA might not be the success story it was hoping to be, but the company is hardly giving up. Looking to entice potential customers to the budget Android gaming console, OUYA has announced an all-access pass that will cost gamers $59.99 and get them 12 months of access to every OUYA game. Of course there’s a bit of fine print to the promotion, stating that the OUYA all-access pass applies to one-time purchases under $30, such as full game unlocks and level-pack add-ons. In-game purchases that enhance gameplay, and that can be done more than once, such as extra lives, potions, power-ups, etc. are not included. The company also announced that it reserves the right to remove from the Marketplace any game or gamer that it feels is abusing the system during the duration of the program. Lastly, the OUYA all-access pass is non-refundable.
