Is Naughty Dog Artist Marek Okon teasing The Last of Us 2? Okon posted the above image on his Facebook page with the caption: “Let me tease you something… Its coming… ;]” While there isn’t confirmation that it’s Ellie and it’s a preview of The Last of Us 2, it surely resembles an adult Ellie and the guitar that she’s playing surely alludes to The Last of Us. Rumors have been stirring that Naughty Dog has been mulling over a sequel for its award-winning The Last of Us and quite frankly, it’d be surprising if the company chose not to make a sequel to the game.
Okon is responsible for several key pieces of art used to advertise several of Naughty Dog’s games, including entries from the Uncharted franchise.
Most recently, it was revealed that Naughty Dog is working on The Last of Us Remastered for the PlayStation 4, which will be released this summer.
