Originally released on December 1, 2022 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, Marvel’s Midnight Suns now has a release date for Xbox One and PlayStation 4: May 11, 2023. That coincides with the release of the fourth post-launch DLC called Blood Storm, which introduces Storm as a playable hero along with new missions in the DLC-spanning vampyre storyline. All four DLCs — The Good, The Bad, and the Undead; Redemption; The Hunger; and Blood Storm — will be available on launch day for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players who purchase the Legendary Edition or the Marvel’s Midnight Season Pass.

In announcing the release of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Midnight Suns, Firaxis also confirmed that a Nintendo Switch version of the game is no longer planned. It’s a bummer because Midnight Suns would have been a great game to take on the go. However, given the game has performance issues on the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, it’s not a huge surprise that development has ceased on the much weaker Switch. Your best bet now is to enjoy it on the Steam Deck.
