The newest entry in the LEGO Super Mario series, designed for adults, is a re-creation of the iconic Piranha Plant from Super Mario games. Set to launch on November 6, 2023, the LEGO Super Mario Piranha Plant features a total of 540 pieces. The highly detailed set is posable, so once fully assembled, the head, mouth, stalk, and leaves can be moved to create custom poses. The construction process allows users to build the set from the bottom up, giving the impression of the Piranha Plant emerging as it grows out of the pipe.

When fully assembled, the set measures measures 23 cm high (9.05 inches) by 11 cm wide (4.33 inches) by 17 cm deep (6.69 inches). The set is priced at $59.99 / €64.99 / £57.99 and will be available later this year

The LEGO Sets for Adults lineup features several complex gaming kits, including one of our personal favorites, the PAC-MAN Arcade Set.

When designing the Piranha Plant, it felt important to capture its distinctive features and ensure that the set could be positioned in a way that reflects its iconic poses. I’m so proud of the finished result, from the mouth to the leaves and stalk, we’ve managed to perfectly portray the menacing essence of the Piranha Plant!
