Fans eagerly awaiting Blizzard Entertainment’s upcoming Hearthstone beta may not have to wait much longer, based on a tweet sent out by Community Manager Zeriyah. Teasing that a beta for the Warcraft-themed strategy card game is imminent, Zeriyah posted up a short video showing a cake being baked with what’s clearly the hearthstone emblem and the word Beta! written on the cake.

Expect the closed beta roll out to occur in phases, as is typical with all beta roll outs. It is believed that Blizzard will start with U.S. gamers first before extending it to Europe and the rest of the world. So if you’re interested in Hearthstone beta, make sure your Battle.net is opted-in.
Updated: Blizzard has posted that the Hearthstone Beta is live and invites are being sent out.
