As if there weren’t already enough games to play in September, developer Supergiant Games dropped a surprise on September 12 by announcing that Hades II would exit Early Access on September 25. Having been in Early Access since May 6, 2024, Hades II’s official release is one of the year’s most highly anticipated releases, joining the likes of Hollow Knight: Silksong. The game is initially launching on Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and PC on September 25, and we now know the exact times it’ll go live. It’ll be a global release, with players able to hop in starting at 9:00 AM Pacific (12:00 PM Eastern) in the U.S. Here’s a breakdown of all the different time zones:

Hades II Release Times

  • September 25 – 9:00 AM PDT
  • September 25 – 12:00 PM EDT
  • September 25 – 1:00 PM BRT
  • September 25 – 5:00 PM BST
  • September 25 – 6:00 PM CEST
  • September 25 – 7:00 PM EEST
  • September 26 – 12:00 AM HKT
  • September 26 – 1:00 AM JST
  • September 26 – 2:00 AM AEST

We loved what we initially saw when Hades II first entered Early Access and have managed to restrain ourselves from revisiting the game until its official 1.0 release. I currently have the original Hades as my favorite game to play on the Steam Deck, and I’m looking forward to seeing if the sequel dethrones it later this week.
