Final Fantasy Tactics fans have waited decades for September 30, the day Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles launches on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC. To celebrate the upcoming release, Square Enix is hosting a livestream event with YouTuber and Final Fantasy fan Jesse Cox on September 26 at 11:00 AM Pacific (2:00 PM Eastern). Joining Cox are English voice actors Joe Pitts, who plays Ramza Beoulve, and Gregg Lowe, who plays Delita Heiral.

The livestream will walk through what players can expect from the game, though veterans should already have a good idea. Viewers will also get a preview of an upcoming voice actor roundtable, which will feature fan-favorite Ben Starr (Dycedarg Beoulve), Eleanor Bennett (Princess Ovelia), Hannah Melbourn (Agrias Oakes), and Timothy Watson (Cidolfus Orlandeau), in addition to Pitts and Lowe.

Despite not being a mainline entry, Final Fantasy Tactics is widely considered one of the best games to ever bear the Final Fantasy moniker. Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles is essentially a remaster of the original, bringing updated visuals, full voice acting, and numerous quality-of-life improvements to a new generation.
