During today’s State of Play Japan, Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi announced the upcoming Power Pack DLC, set to launch on December 4, 2025. The paid add-on brings back 24-hour races to the popular driving simulator, along with 50 new races across 20 themed categories in a dedicated game mode. Each of these themed sets of races is based on authentic motorsport scenarios, from country-inspired circuits to legendary endurance events.
In hopes of bringing a true racing simulation experience to Gran Turismo 7, the DLC offers full race weekends, where users will practice, qualify, and compete in the main event. The Power Pack DLC also includes Gran Turismo Sophy 3.0 AI for more challenging opponents and 5,000,000 in-game Credits.
Pricing for the Power Pack DLC was not announced, but it will be available through the PlayStation Store. Free content is also heading to Gran Turismo 7 with the SPEC III update next month, which will bring new tracks, cars, and other features to the game. Look for more information on that update soon.
