We’re going to assume Xbox has a few surprises up its sleeves for the Xbox Games Showcase on June 8 at 10:00 AM Pacific (1:00 PM Eastern), with some possible additions to its Game Pass June 2025 Wave 1 lineup, but for now, here are the confirmed games. Available starting today, June 5, are Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition on Cloud and Console for Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass Standard subscribers. For those whose first experience with the Baldur’s Gate franchise was with the wonderful Baldur’s Gate III, now’s your chance to see what came before.

On June 10, Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members get Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S. With the success of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, the team at SneakyBox and Relic Entertainment has remastered Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine so players can live through Captain Titus’s first adventure.

For something entirely different, Barbie Project Friendship heads to Cloud, Console, and PC on June 11 for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard subscribers. Described as the ultimate Barbie gaming adventure, join Barbie and Barbie (not a typo) on a fun summer adventure to save the Malibu Waves Community Center in this casual, family-friendly adventure game. Also available on June 11 is Kingdom: Two Crowns on PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. This side-scrolling strategy and tower defense game can be played solo or co-op as players collect coins, build defenses, and work to reclaim their Kingdom.

For soccer fans, EA Sports FC 25 will be accessible on Game Pass through EA Play starting June 12 on Cloud, console, and PC. At this point, EA Sports FC 25 needs no introduction, and players can access it through Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta), PC Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate via EA Play. There are some bonuses too, with a limited-time Supercharge Pack from June 12 through July 12, featuring Rare Gold Players and more.

For some, The Alters on June 13 will be the most interesting game in June’s early lineup. It’s a sci-fi survival game and day one release where players are stranded on a hostile planet as Jan. They’ll have to create alternate versions of themselves to survive, gather resources, and deal with moral dilemmas. It definitely sounds like an interesting sci-fi survival game, and we’re looking forward to checking it out ourselves.

Another day one release that we’re looking forward to as a group is FBC: Firebreak on June 17. It’ll be available on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members, and comes from Remedy Entertainment, the team behind the Alan Wake series and Control. FBC: Firebreak is a cooperative first-person shooter that takes place in that Control universe as the mysterious Federal Bureau of Control is under assault by otherworldly forces.

Also available on June 17 is Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time on console and PC. Available to Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard members, this time-shattering adventure originally launched in 2020 and is actually the eighth installment in the Crash Bandicoot series. Crash and Coco are going to have to save the day by reuniting the four Quantum Masks, putting a stop to Neo Cortex and N. Tropy’s assault on the entire multiverse.

The final title in today’s lineup announcement is also a day one release on June 17. Lost in Random: The Eternal Die heads to Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. This spinoff blends dynamic real-time action, tactical combat, and risk-reward dice mechanics, and is more easily described as a Hades-like. There’s a demo currently available on Steam to whet your appetite.

Here is the list of titles leaving the Game Pass library on June 15:

  • Dordogne (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Hypnospace Outlaw (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Isonzo (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Keplerth (PC)
  • My Time At Sandrock (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Depersonalization (PC)
